A Tsunami of Revival
In 2020 my friend had a dream that catalyzed a lot of our movement.We were gathered together on the coast worshiping Jesus, the ground began to shake and Jesus appeared to us in the flesh. At the water’s edge, He asked my friend, “Do you hear the sound of the water?” As if to ask, “Do you see what is coming?” He then declared, “The battle in the land of California has already been won, the ground has been prepared and now is the time for the rains of my spirit.”Just then a large tsunami wave came from the Pacific Ocean and flooded the city. We knew this wave was symbolic of a wave of God’s Spirit that was coming to our nation.

6 “For thus says the Lord of hosts: ‘Once more (it is a little while) I will shake heaven and earth,
the sea and dry land; 7 and I will shake all nations, and they shall come to the Desire of All Nations, and I will fill this temple with glory,’ says the Lord of hosts. 8 ‘The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,’ says the Lord of hosts. 9 ‘The glory of this latter temple shall be greater than the former,’
says the Lord of hosts. ‘And in this place I will give peace,’ says the Lord of hosts.”
Our mission is to bring the message of Salvation to a broken and lost generation in California through worship, prayer, the proclamation of the Gospel, and hosting the Presence of Jesus everywhere we go. If California is saved, the world can be saved.

California influences the nation through a number of categories: agriculture, fashion, entertainment, media, spirituality, economics, politics,
The Lost in CA:
In California, said 63% are labeled Christian, but of those 28% are considered catholic and many of those are not consistently attending church or practicing their faith. That means that out of 39 million people here in California, an estimated 26.5 million do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Fatherlessness in the U.S.
A study by the U.S. Census Bureau informs us that since 1968, the number of children growing up with only a mother has doubled. As of the year 2020, 30% of American children are growing up in a single parent home and 80% of those being raised by single-mothers. That means that in America, 19.5 million children, more than 1 in 4, live without a father in the home.
A study by My Safe Harbor informs us that 70% of gang members, high school dropouts, teen suicides, teen pregnancies and teen substance abusers come from single mother homes. Further, a study by America First Policy Institute tells us that in a study of 56 school shootings, 82% grew up in either an unstable family environment or grew up without both biological parents together. Overall, data suggests that children from single-parent families are twice as likely to suffer from mental health and behavioral problems as those living with married parents.
Abortion Laws (CA):
In the summer of 2022 when Roe vs Wade was overturned, our Governor declared California a sanctuary state and offered to pay women’s ways from out of state to come into our land and abort their babies.
Transgender and LGBTQ Agenda:
Our governor recently signed into law AB1955 which made it illegal for school teachers to notify parents if their kids are experiencing gender confusion, gender dysphoria, or want to have a sex change. When our governor passes laws that make it so that doctors can perform irreversible gender surgeries on young children without their parents knowing, we are no longer dealing with a right vs. left issue, it is a good vs evil issue.
Human Trafficking:
California is among the top 5 States with the most documented cases in the U.S. 28,000 victims in California in 2023.

A highlight of 2024 has been leading people to The Father. Across the cities of CA we have given a call for those that have experienced brokenness and dysfunction in their family unit, to come receive an embrace from a father and receive the love and healing from the Father.

“This graph doesn’t just represent a political preference, this represents a population that is breaking free from the control and manipulation of a demonic marxist/communist ideology… A people rising up and rejecting an agenda that wants to fully remove God and truth out of culture, normalize sexual perversion and destroying the nuclear family. This represents a people that are NOT okay with unconstitutional, tyrannical government overreach especially against the church, which we experienced more than anybody in the nation the last few years. California is waking up & California will be saved.”
2020-2024 = Survival mode, fighting posture
2025 = Open Heavens, a new grace as we take our positions
I feel that 2025 is a big window, a Davidic year, one in which we cry “open up your ancient gates” and they will open.The King of glory is coming to establish His Kingdom in a tangible way. A “Grand Opening” of the Kingdom of God coming to California.
2025 = Harvest Time
The womb of America is open. It is ready to give birth to another Great Awakening And harvest of souls. We have endured the last few years of significant shaking and now I sense that a massive harvest is coming but the Church must respond by running into the open spaces. Since the days of Jesus, the harvest has never been the issue. The question remains, “Are there enough laborers?”
My friend Armando had a dream where we were “rebuking Jezebel off of CA and she fled”. Then new songs came forth and we were reaching the hispanic community. This was a sign that God was giving us a real connection to the believers across California and together we were gaining the authority to overthrow the demonic agendas in our land.
2025 is a window of opportunity and divine destiny. David served diligently in the field, defeating lions and bears then suddenly his moment of destiny was brought before him. He faced his giant who represented tyranny, desolation of their promised nation, intimidation, manipulation, defilement, mockery and fear. Like David, we have been warding off the “lions” and the “bears” and I believe it is time to go after the giants. The Lord showed me a standard of worship, an eruption of praise happening in the public spaces driving out the demonic agendas in the land and cutting off the head of the giant.
2025 will be a year of open heavens, continued exposure of darkness, purity (in general and in the worship movement), divine favor and significant Kingdom expansion. The Lord showed me that He is about to “clear the skies” and there will be notable national changes and that a wave of worship is coming to bring cleansing and strength. In 2025 it will be critical for the worshippers to be “unhinged” as in, they are fully turned loose into their Levitical callings and are able to focus on releasing the sound of Heaven that God has given them. There is a WAVE of PURE worship coming to cleanse the nation. There is a sound coming that will captivate a generation. I see anointed songs and sounds of adoration for the worth and beauty of Jesus bringing about tangible glory and His manifest presence. The worship movement is being purified and we are returning to pure, presence filled, glory based songs that cut through atmospheres and pierce open the heavens.
The Lord gave me Isaiah 25 for 2025 which describes a song of redemption and supernatural provision and favor in the land. To all those that have been fighting the good fight the last few years, God is bringing reinforcements, rejuvenation, and a new joyous song. There is a new grace God is releasing on His faithful ones. Isaiah 25 also describes God’s sovereign destruction of wicked structures and how “terrible nations will fear Him” (v. 3). Still, it says the “strong people will glorify” Him and “strength and refuge” is coming (v. 3-4). It describes the silencing of “aliens” and the “feast that will be prepared for His people” (v. 5-6). It explains that the spirit of pride and trickery will be pulled down and made to dust (v. 11-12).
2025 is an important window to the next few decades. It is a Davidic year, as in, the worshippers must run into the open spaces with their song filling the vacuum of inferior music and messaging. Like David, we must also speak to the nation, “Open up your ancient gates” (palm 24) and we must not suppress our worship expression (2 Sam. 6). As we go we should prophesy that the King of Glory is coming and we should understand the promise from Malachi 1:11 that worship is going to arise in “every place” and it will establish God’s presence and Lordship.
In this new year we must allow His grace to conquer. We shall regain strength and recover, while still seeing God take ground. I think of 2 Chronicles 20 where there was a coordinated attack against Judah that should have ended in devastation but God had them put their song of PRAISE on the front lines and as they took their positions God fought on their behalf and afterward captured all the plunder of their enemies.
This is NOT a year of retreating, nor a time to solely rest, rather a time to seize a key window of opportunity. How we respond in ‘25 will drastically and tangibly affect how the following few years play out including the 2028 Election & how the nations will assemble in the U.S for the Olympics. We must take our places on the field as God establishes victory.
“And it will be said on that day: ‘Behold, this is our God; we have waited for Him, and He will save us. This is the Lord; we have waited for Him; we will be glad and rejoice in His salvation.’”
(Isa. 25:9)
As we inch closer to Jesus’ return, God is increasingly using a piece of eternity to break into the eternal fabric of His people. Worship is how God is connecting with the hearts of the young generation. Music bypasses the head and touches the heart. Other revivals had other focuses, but the main component of the end time revival will be worship, centered around the worthy lamb on the throne.
Malachi 1:11:
“‘For from the rising of the sun, even to its going down,
My name shall be great among the Gentiles;In every place incense shall be offered to My name, And a pure offering; For My name shall be great among the nations,’Says the Lord of hosts.”
Revelation 19—just prior to Jesus’ return:
“I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, ‘Alleluia! For theLord God Omnipotent reigns! 7 Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come..’”We come alive in atmospheres of worship because the eternal part of our being is activated and brought into alignment.

Psalm 57:8:
“Awake, my glory! Awake, lute and harp! I will wake up at dawn.”
When we set up worship in the public spaces, people that may never step foot in a church have the opportunity to hear the sound they were made to release.
2. Worship confronts and exposes the spirit of the age
It is impossible for pure worship and self promotion/consumerism to be happening at the same time.
Mark 26:7-13:
“A woman came to Him having an alabaster flask of very costly fragrant oil, and she poured it on His head as He sat at the table. 8 But when His disciples saw it, they were indignant,saying,‘Why this waste? 9 For this fragrant oil might have been sold for much and given to the poor.’ 10 But when Jesus was aware of it, He said to them, ‘Why do you trouble the woman? For she has done a good job for Me. 11 For you have the poor with you always, but Me you do not always have. 12 For in pouring this fragrant oil on My body, she did it for My burial. 13 Assuredly, I say to you, wherever this gospel is preached in the whole world,
what this woman has done will also be told as a memorial to her.’”
2 Samuel 6:14-22:
14 Then David danced before the Lord with all his might; and David was wearing a linen ephod.
15 So David and all the houses of Israel brought up the ark of the Lord with shouting and with the sound of the trumpet. 16 Now as the ark of the Lord came into the City of David, Michal, Saul’s daughter, looked through a window and saw King David leaping and whirling before the Lord; and she despised him in her heart. 20 Michal the daughter of Saul came out to meet David, and said, “How glorious was the king of Israel today, uncovering himself today in the eyes of the maids of his servants, as one of the base fellows shamelessly uncovers himself!” 21 So David said to Michal, “It was before the Lord, who chose me instead of your father and all his house,
to appoint me ruler over the people of the Lord, over Israel. Therefore I will play music before the Lord. 22 And I will be even more undignified than this, and will be humble in my own sight.”
In San Diego we mobilized hundreds of christians to worship and dance before the Lord and countless salvation, healing and baptism directly followed.
In California we have an epidemic of selfishness and idolatry. Hollywood, San Francisco, epicenters of perversion that ultimately is driven by a spirit of rebellion. Psalm 2 talks about this:
2“The kings of the earth set themselves,And the rulers take counsel together,
Against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying,3 “Let us break Their bonds in pieces And cast away their cords from us.”
We are seeing the Psalm 2 spirit of rebellion trying to override a generation through sexual immorality, gender confusion, destruction of the nuclear family, human sacrifice,(abortion), homosexual agendas and lawlessness. There is a stronghold of “self”, an impurity in our spirituality. Sometimes even the Church has welcomed a mentality of consumerism into our culture and approach to ministry. We need a vital course correction, a holy movement of purity and worship to be released in California!
John 4:23-24
“But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.”
3. Worship precedes salvation, signs, wonders and miracles
Acts 16
“But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. 26 Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were loosened.”
29 [He] fell down trembling before Paul and Silas. 30 And he brought them out and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”
In every city we worship first and salvation has followed. Transgender people, children, elders, gays, prostitutes, couples, and families have all been saved.
John 12:32
“And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all peoples to Myself.”At this point it is almost inevitable that when we begin to worship, people end up getting saved! California also needs great healing and deliverance and we are seeing how the power of worship breaks open the atmosphere for these things to take place among people that may never stop for a preacher, but the worship opens up their heart.
4. Worship unleashes the Presence of God
Psalm 22:3
“But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.” (ASV)
In this passage we notice that the opening confession is a commitment to praise:
saiah 25:1
“O Lord, You are my God. I will exalt You, I will praise Your name, For You have done wonderful things..”
Later in the passage we can see that God draws near to those who acknowledge Him for who He is:
“And it will be said on that day:’ Behold, this is our God; We have waited for Him, and He will save us. This is the Lord; We have waited for Him; We will be glad and rejoice in His salvation.’” (v. 9)
Song of Songs 5:
In this story of the Shulamite we learn that it is an outward expression of worship that brings about God’s life-saving Presence. She goes from being broken and lost to being encountered by the Bridegroom King because she was able to confess out loud, her adoration of Him. (v. 10-16) This radical act of worship even provoked the town to come to the King. (v. 1-3) In the opening scene of the Tsunami Dream, we began to worship. Suddenly the presence of God, Jesus in the flesh, appeared!
5. Worship invokes societal and national transformation
The life of David is the ultimate testament to this precedent. Israel was in turmoil when David was anointed king. The first thing He did when He was anointed was locate the abandoned Ark of the Covenant and set it up in the center of the Capitol city. Then he hired 4,288 of the most skilled singers and musicians to minister to the Lord for 24 hours a day and 33 years straight…
All of a sudden, great favor was restored to the nation and God’s protection and prosperity was poured out and the kingdom expanded in influence and territory. There is a Davidic calling on this generation. Worship must go out in front of every governmental building and city square and it will bring spiritual alignment and divine order to our government and society. David spent millions on this. He gave God his very best and we will too.
Testimony:
We set up worship outside the Capitol Building in Sacramento. At the exact minute our worship started, SB14 was signed into law making it a serious felony to traffic minors in CA.

In 2025 we are preparing for six main events that consist of worship, Gospel proclamation, baptisms. Our aim is to build out as many as seven days of outreach and times of prayer and evangelism leading up to the main event. In the past we have done as many as 10-12 events per year. In 2025 we will hone in on six strategic cities and prepare for even bigger and lasting impact.
Points of Emphasis in 2025:
Through the proclamation of the Gospel and setting up spaces of encounter in the public spaces we are pursuing a great harvest of souls.
2. Spiritual Awakening
Through these initiatives of worship and prayer we are pursuing a supernatural “opening of the eyes” for the lost and for the Church across our state; an uncovering of truth and encounters of freedom and salvation.
3. Societal Transformation
We believe that as we embark on this spiritual journey, winning the battle in the heavens through prayer, fasting and worship, that we will see tangible signs and installments of societal reformation and restoration.
4. Build the Local Church
We plan to continue these worship and evangelistic strikes but know there must also be an asserted effort to build the local church. God is about to bring a level of increase that we have not seen and we must be prepared with avenues of multiplication, discipleship, and sustainability.
5. Collaboration
It is important to link arms with other movements and ministries to accomplish the great commission. Unity and synergy will advance the Gospel in an accelerated way in 2025.

Christians earn 53 trillion dollars annually. Of that, 896 Billion is given to Christian causes annually. Of all giving, 82% goes to pastoral staff leaving just 12% to local missions.
Thank you for your faith and support on this exciting adventure across California. We haven’t seen anything yet. Just like in the tsunami dream, the wave of Revival that was coming to California was ALL CONSUMING. Together we will see this wave come and we will steward the fruit well.
